Pre-order items are for our customers to purchase an item in advance.

When you are Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following
in mind:

• Payments are charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.
• The pre-order item can arrive prior to or after the estimated ship date that is posted in the description box.
• Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of the estimated ship date.
• If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over we ask that you order separately to receive your in stock items during normal shipping time.
